Product Functions:
Mainly used to test the static and dynamic mechanical properties of metallic and non-metallic materials. It can perform mechanical tests such as tension, compression, tension-tension, compression-compression, and tension-compression, as well as high-cycle fatigue, low-cycle fatigue, crack propagation, and fracture toughness tests. It can output various waveforms such as sine waves, triangular waves, and square waves.
Product Features:
Adopts a closed-frame structure with an actuator mounted at the bottom, featuring high frame rigidity, no reverse clearance, and good stability;
The actuator uses a bidirectional-acting oil cylinder, with a reasonable space design and convenient operation;
The lifting, locking of the moving crossbeam, and sample clamping are all operated by buttons, which are flexible and convenient.
The centering device can facilitate quick and high-precision alignment adjustment of the material testing system. A major advantage of this fixture design is that it allows angle and concentricity adjustments to be performed when the load is fully pre-tightened, thereby eliminating inaccuracies caused by minor changes that may occur during pre-tightening. In addition, since the fixture remains pre-tightened at all times, previous alignment adjustments will not be lost when minor improvements to alignment are needed.
The T-slot worktable is used for installing and testing from small materials to large subassemblies. The testing system has multiple actuator position options and a second load drive train installation position, which can be configured for a variety of applications and is very suitable for testing components and subassemblies.
