Main Applications and Applications:
The Metal Wire Winding Tester is suitable for measuring the coating strength and surface defects of coated and uncoated metal wire and copper materials with a diameter (or thickness) of 10-15.0mm after winding. Suitable specimens include: steel and galvanized steel wire, copper and copper alloy contact wire, aluminum and alloy steel wire, contact wire (tram wire), conductor wire with special cross-sections, metal materials, and composite materials. This tester is primarily used in mechanical laboratories at universities, research institutes, and industrial and mining enterprises to assess the plastic deformation resistance of copper, aluminum, steel, and alloy wires. It is also widely used for online testing in production facilities. Key industries include steel wire mills, quality control agencies, research institutes, the construction industry, and those producing and using wire rope, wire and cable, copper and copper alloy conductors for electrified railways, and copper contact wire.

The Metal Wire Winding Tester is applicable to the People's Republic of China standards GB/T 2976-2004 "Metallic Materials - Wire - Winding Test Methods" and GB/T 4909.7-2009 "Bare Wire Test Methods - Part 7: Winding Test." It also applies to GB/T 25835-2010:2003 "Epoxy Coated Steel Wire for Cables"
