Main Purpose and Scope of Application:
The metal wire repeated bending testing machine is developed and manufactured in accordance with the GB/T 238-2013 standard, and also refers to international, national and industry standards such as DIN/ISO 7801 "Metallic Materials - Wire - Reverse Bending Test", GB/T 4909.5, GB/T 21839 and TB/T 2809. It is mainly used for the repeated bending test of large-diameter bimetallic wires such as prestressed steel, copper, aluminum and their alloys to inspect the plastic deformation performance of the material during repeated bending and the defects displayed.
This machine is widely used in manufacturers producing and using steel wire ropes, wires and cables, as well as in the steel, electric power and construction industries. It is mainly suitable for repeated bending tests of metal wires larger than φ10.0.

Working Conditions:
Under the ambient temperature of 10-35℃; for tests with strict temperature requirements, the temperature shall be 23℃±5℃;
Installed horizontally on a stable foundation;
In a vibration-free environment;
No corrosive substances around;
No obvious electromagnetic interference;
The fluctuation range of power supply voltage shall not exceed ±10% of the rated voltage of 220V;
There shall be a certain amount of free space around the testing machine.
Function Brief Introduction:
This series of testing machines is the latest improved model, which has been improved by combining the advantages of machines on the market. It is mainly composed of the host and the electrical measurement and control system. It adopts mechanical transmission to apply test torque to make the specimen bend repeatedly by 90°, and uses a photoelectric switch to record the number of bending tests. After the specimen breaks, the touch LCD screen synchronously displays and records the number of bending tests, and automatically stops,and the test results can be printed.
After the test, if the pendulum rod does not stop at the middle position, press the reset button, and the photoelectric switch will collect signals to make the pendulum rod return to the middle position.
