Product Features

Main machine structure: Four-column structure, with main cylinder loading vertically up and down, and left-right lateral auxiliary cylinders loading horizontally;

Loading method: Hydraulic loading, equipped with hydraulic pump station;

Control mode: Automatic control or manual control, optional;

Automatic control: Touch screen operation, select test program, set steel bar diameter, automatically adjust bending span, automatically complete bending test, and cylinder automatically returns after bending;

Manual control: Bending loading speed adjustable, inching, linkage, program control, real-time display of bending angle;

Bending angle: Forward and reverse bending angles can be set arbitrarily;

Work efficiency: Some samples can complete 3 pieces at a time, with high work efficiency;
