Main Features
- This is a digital multifunctional hardness tester with weight loading, capable of performing Brinell, Rockwell, and Vickers hardness tests simultaneously;
- Optimized mechanical structure with a diamond-shaped appearance design;
- Automated testing process with digital display of hardness values, eliminating manual operation errors;
- Adopts an ARM high-speed processor and a 5.6-inch LCD touch screen for user-friendly interface operation;
- Can display the current test scale, test force, dwell time, converted hardness value, indenter type, etc.;
- Equipped with software calibration function; dynamic display of the indenter during loading and unloading processes for real-time monitoring of test status;
- Chinese-English language interface switching; conversion of various hardness values;
- Equipped with USB and RS232 data interfaces for convenient user data processing;
- With database data storage function; test data is stored synchronously and can be exported;
- Equipped with a micro printer for direct printing of hardness test results;
- Optional upper computer system for data upload and intelligent control operations;
- Accuracy complies with GB/T230.2, GB/T231.2, GB/T4340.2; ISO6508-2, ISO6506-2, ISO6507-2, and ASTM E18, ASTM E10, ASTM E92 (USA).
Application Range
Brinell
- Determine Brinell hardness of ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals and other materials;
- Determine Brinell hardness of bearing alloy materials such as lead-based alloys, Babbitt metals, and tin-bismuth alloys;
- Determine Brinell hardness of certain non-metallic materials such as hard plastics and bakelite;
- Determine Brinell hardness of parts produced by processes such as casting, forging, and rolling.
Rockwell
- Determine Rockwell hardness of ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals and other materials;
- Determine Rockwell hardness of high-hardness alloy materials such as cemented carbides;
- Determine Rockwell hardness of heat-treated materials (such as quenched and tempered materials);
- Determine Rockwell hardness of certain non-metallic materials such as plastics and bakelite.
Vickers
- Determine Vickers hardness of ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals, surface coatings, laminated metals, etc.;
- Determine Vickers hardness of cemented carbides, glass, ceramics, agate, gemstones, etc.;
- Determine Vickers hardness for measuring depth and gradient of carburized layers, nitrided layers, and quenched hardened layers;
- Determine Vickers hardness of small parts such as thin plates and sheets.
