JB-500B pendulum impact testing machine

The JB series impact testing machines produced by our company are products developed in strict accordance with the national standard GB/T3808-2018 "Inspection of Pendulum Impact Testing Machines". Impact tests on metal materials are carried out according to the national standard GB/T229-2020 "Metal Charpy Notch Impact Test Method", and factory inspection is carried out according to JJG145-2007 "Pendulum Impact Testing Machine". The pattern section used is 10*10MM. It mainly conducts tests on ferrous metals with high impact toughness, especially steel and its alloys. The test principle of this product is to use the difference between the potential energy before the impact of the pendulum and the remaining potential energy after the impact to be displayed on the dial to obtain the absorbed energy of the tested sample.

Product Overview

(1) Principle
The JB series impact testing machines produced by our company are products developed in strict accordance with the national standard GB/T3808-2018 "Inspection of Pendulum Impact Testing Machines". (2) Product features
The operation adopts semi-automatic control, which is easy to operate and has high work efficiency. The remaining energy after the pendulum breaks the sample can be used to automatically raise the pendulum. Its superiority can be further reflected in the continuous impact test of the sample.
