(1) Project introduction:
The touch screen control digital display impact testing machine is a new type of impact testing machine product that our company has recently launched in China. After continuous technological updating and improvement in recent years, this product has now reached the domestic advanced technology level. Its users are involved in the fields of steel metallurgy, machinery manufacturing, colleges and universities, scientific research institutes, etc. This product has also been exported to Australia, India, Malaysia, Turkey, Brazil and other countries, and has received unanimous praise from users at home and abroad.

This machine is suitable for mechanical metallurgy, aerospace, universities, scientific research institutes and other fields to measure the impact toughness value of metal materials and the impact resistance of metal materials under dynamic load.
(3) Based on standards:
The JB-S300B digital display pendulum impact testing machine is designed by our company in strict accordance with GB/T3038-2018 "Inspection of Pendulum Impact Testing Machines" and GB/T229-2020 "Metal Charpy Notch Impact Test Method", and is factory inspected according to JJG145-2020 "Pendulum Impact Testing Machine".
(4) Plan description:
Basic function introduction 
Bilingual interface: supports both Chinese and English operating languages, and can be switched between Chinese and English before entering the test interface;
Semi-automatic: During the test, the pendulum is manually taken out first, then the material is manually released after completion, and then the pin is withdrawn and impacted. After the impact is completed, the device automatically takes off the swing. After each experiment is completed, the system display area will display the impact energy and impact toughness. Three tests are a group, and after a group is completed, the system automatically calculates the average of the three impact energies.
Storage function: can store 100 sets of experimental data, including test name, test original value, average value, test time and other information.
Printing function: (optional) Print the current test data through a micro printer.
Multi-level energy: The device supports multiple hammers with different energy levels.
Screen introduction
The screens of this machine include a total of startup language selection interface, main operation interface, storage recall interface, password input interface, system settings and printing screens, six in Chinese and English.

(3) Sample information input interface
This interface is the interface for inputting basic information of the sample to prepare for the calculation of impact toughness.

(4) Test result printing interface
After the test, press the print button in the sample information interface to display the print report preview, and then press the print button in the print preview to print out the test results (an external micro printer must be connected before printing, and the printer must be configured by yourself. The user must specify whether it is a needle printer or a thermal printer when purchasing
