Performance Notes:
The impact testing machine is a new product developed to replace the B impact testing machine strictly in accordance with the national standard GB/T3808-2018 "Inspection of Pendulum Impact Testing Machines". The impact test was conducted according to the national standard GB/T229-2020 "Metal Charpy Notch Impact Test Method". This series of impact testing machines are used to test the impact resistance of metal materials under dynamic loads. They are essential testing instruments for metallurgy, machinery manufacturing and other units. The sample section is 10×10mm and is mainly used for testing ferrous metals with high impact toughness, especially steel and its alloys. This machine adopts double column support, which improves the rigidity of the impact machine, ensures the accuracy of test data, and greatly increases the service life of the testing machine. The maximum impact energy of this machine is 750J. This machine is equipped with an axial positioning device. It has the advantages of simple sample placement, high work efficiency, high positioning accuracy, and reliable indication. Therefore, it is especially suitable for cold impact testing in conjunction with the low-temperature bath for impact testing. This machine adopts three-phase four-wire 380V power supply, and is also suitable for three-phase four-wire power supply.

It adopts PC microcomputer control, electric swing, impact, microcomputer measurement, calculation, screen digital display results and printing, etc., with high work efficiency and high test accuracy. After impacting the sample, the remaining energy can be used to automatically raise the pendulum to prepare for the next test. It is easy to operate and has high work efficiency. Its superiority can be better reflected in laboratories that conduct continuous impact tests and in industries such as metallurgy and machinery manufacturing that conduct a large number of impact tests. The computer can calculate and digitally display the impact absorption energy, impact toughness, pendulum lift angle and test average value of the material, and can print the current test data and test average value.
2. The main machine adopts an integrated cast double support. The spindle simply supported beam support, pendulum, and bearing radial load distribution are reasonable, especially for a large number of impact machines, which reduces spindle deformation and greatly reduces energy loss caused by bearing friction.
3. It adopts double-stage standard reducer to lift the hammer, which ensures smooth operation.
