The automatic automaticSteel bar weight deviation marking machine (Automatic Rebar Weight Deviation and Marking Integrated Machine) is an independently developed device by our company that can complete weighing and length measurement for a group (five pieces) of rebars at one time, and perform real-time result determination. This equipment can simultaneously complete the original gauge length marking and weight deviation testing on rebars.

Length measurement: Uses laser through-beam length measuring sensors and grating displacement sensors to measure the length of each specimen;

Specimen marking: Uses a high-power laser emitting device to mark lines on the sample surface, with adjustable power and clear marking lines;

Specimen gauge length: Uses grating displacement sensors to control the marking gauge length, which can be set arbitrarily;

Raw data: Measured data can be saved and exported, eliminating the need for manual recording of original records and improving detection efficiency;

Data upload: Measurement data can be connected to the detection management system for automatic upload, realizing digital management;

Sample information: Supports scanning of sample barcodes with a scanner to improve detection efficiency;
