Product Features:

Multi-functional: Can perform both long-term hydrostatic tests and burst tests on pipes, as well as thermal stability tests of thermoplastic pipes under hydrostatic conditions;

Key components: Imported pump head, German solenoid valve, British GEMS sensor, ensuring high reliability and stability during long-term operation;

Wide pressure control range: Each station's pressure can be arbitrarily set within the range of 0.4-16MPa;

High reliability guarantee: All electrical, mechanical, and software components are equipped with safety protection measures;

Heating and temperature control system: Built-in heating system in the water tank with high heat exchange efficiency, stainless steel horizontal hot water pump with horizontal installation, large flow rate of 1200L/hour. The hot water pump draws hot water from below and sprays it from above, ensuring uniform temperature in the tank. No need to shut down when maintaining the heater;

Refrigeration and temperature control system: External high-power industrial chiller with good refrigeration effect;

Tank cover opening method: Pneumatic cylinder opening, with adjustable opening angle (size) that can be stopped at any position;

Tank cover sealing method: Silicone rubber strip sealing, no air leakage at high temperatures;

Hydrostatic water tank and pipes: Overall 304 stainless steel material, inner tank fully insulated for fast heating and energy saving. The outer tank remains close to room temperature even when the water temperature is 95℃. Circulating spray system pipes, overall pipe system made of 304 stainless steel;

The inner wall of the water tank is equipped with high-pressure interfaces, each of which can be equipped with quick connectors and high-pressure hoses;

Protection functions: Automatic water replenishment, water shortage shutdown protection, overflow, etc.;

Humanized design: Has an option for automatic time extension, can also manually extend time, which can be used to compensate for intermediate invalid time, and can also change test pressure midway;
