Product Features:

Three-level protection: Chamber door safety protection, observation window safety protection, upper and lower limit safety protection;

Rapid lifting: Equipped with a high-torque stepper motor, the lifting speed can reach 250mm/s, and it can reach 2 meters from zero in as fast as 8 seconds;

Intelligent hovering: This machine adopts a multi-stage speed control program to ensure stable parking of the hammer with no deviation in the control position;

Pneumatic connection and release: Uses a more powerful and non-burning pneumatic structure. The hammer connection uses 300N long-stroke double cylinders with a cowhide rubber plate connection surface, ensuring stable hammer connection without damaging the hammer head. The hammer release also uses a pneumatic structure, fundamentally solving the problem of cable breakage due to long-term bending and electric leakage;

Modular assembly: The mechanical part adopts a standard aluminum alloy profile assembly structure, and the electrical part uses a 7-inch touch screen and Delta PLC, featuring modular installation, lightweight structure, and high strength;

Main components: Airtac cylinders, Delta touch screen and PLC, Mean Well power supply. All electrical, mechanical, and software parts are equipped with safety protection measures;
