Product Introduction:
The electro-hydraulic servo multi-channel loading test system features a wide output force range, high control precision, convenient use, and high reliability. During the research and development process, this series of test systems has absorbed international advanced electro-hydraulic servo dynamic testing machine technology and is designed in combination with the actual usage conditions of domestic users. Key components such as servo actuators, constant-pressure servo oil sources, and loading frames are designed and manufactured by our company. Product Features:
This system can not only perform dynamic high-cycle and low-cycle fatigue tests, program-controlled fatigue tests, but also static tests under constant rate, constant strain, and constant stress control, as well as various conventional mechanical property tests. It can also conduct fracture mechanics tests and natural force simulation tests such as earthquakes, wind waves, etc. If needed, it can perform partial vibration and impact tests. Additionally, it can be used for testing the fatigue life, crack propagation, and fracture toughness of materials or components in a broad sense, as well as safety evaluation and working condition simulation of actual specimens. Therefore, it has incomparable advantages over any other type of testing machine and is the most highly praised material testing equipment in the international field of fatigue mechanics research.
It has a unique three-in-one function (uniaxial compression full-process test, indirect tensile test, triaxial full-process test) and concrete mechanical tests (compressive strength test, axial compressive strength test, static compressive elastic modulus test, splitting tensile strength test, flexural strength test, bending deflection test). It maximizes the capabilities of the servo system and can meet the needs of engineering applications and basic theoretical research.
Technical Parameters:
Actuators are available in two structural forms: single-rod and double-rod. The output force range is from 100kN to 5000kN, and the stroke can be determined according to the user's actual needs. The standard stroke of the double-rod actuator is 250mm (amplitude ±125mm), and the standard stroke of the single-rod actuator is 500mm. According to the requirements of structural tests, actuators of different specifications can be configured. They are widely used in dynamic and static mechanical property tests of new concrete materials and composite structural materials, including tension, compression, three-point and four-point bending tests, pseudo-static and pseudo-dynamic tests, etc. They can also perform fatigue tests on structural parts such as long support beams, highway bridges, rocks, and concrete. From simple static structural tests to full-scale large component earthquake simulation tests, from single-channel tests to large civil engineering laboratory configurations, from pillar bending to triaxial rubber bridge bearing tests, this series of equipment can provide great help, enabling you to verify new concepts and develop newer, more effective, and more economical rocks, concrete, and structures.
