TXW-10S Carbon Fiber Bond Strength Tester

The Carbon Fiber Bond Strength Tester is designed for testing the tensile bond strength between carbon fiber sheets and concrete in civil engineering structures. Test results are immediately obtained based on the bond strength and tensile failure mode. This instrument is ideal for the design, construction, and acceptance of concrete structures reinforced and repaired with carbon fiber sheets. The tester utilizes a mechatronic design, with the entire instrument integrated into a single unit. The handle, S-shaped sensor, leadscrew, reaction support, and other mechanical components form a "door"-like structure. The measurement and display circuitry is embedded within the instrument, allowing for direct data viewing. The tester features lightweight, effortless handle operation, and ease of use.
