Product Functions
This testing machine is used for tensile, compression, bending, shear and other tests of metal materials. With corresponding fixtures, it can also perform tensile, compression, bending, shear, flexural and other tests for other types of main fixtures.

Servo Oil Pump: Consists of servo motor and high-pressure oil pump, with fast response, wide speed adjustment range and low noise.

Space Adjustment: Adopts hydraulic lifting cylinder for space adjustment. Compared with traditional lead screw transmission, it has the advantage of fast adjustment speed, greatly improving testing efficiency.

Shock Absorption System: Equipped with a powerful shock absorption system that absorbs vibration from the foundation and fixed structure. No vibration occurs after specimen fracture, avoiding the need for laboratory reconstruction.

Main machine structural parts are processed by precision machining centers. The servo hydraulic control system distributes flow, and radial wheel sensors measure force, ensuring 0.5-class test accuracy (meets national standards).

Equipment Positioning: Forklift pockets are reserved at the bottom for easy positioning and height adjustment. The upper crossbeam can be lifted to allow the equipment to pass through 2m height restrictions.

Maintenance: Open crossbeam jaw seat for convenient maintenance; oil drain port at the bottom for easy hydraulic oil replacement. Factory-standard configuration includes a high-power industrial vacuum cleaner for immediate cleaning after tests.
