Product Function:
This testing machine is mainly used for tensile, compressive, bending, shear and other tests of metal materials. Equipped with corresponding fixtures, it can be used for tensile, compressive, bending, shear, flexural and other tests of other types of samples.

Product Features:
- Overall structure: Integrated design of main machine, servo oil source and measurement & control computer, featuring a small footprint;
- Measurement and control system: Composed of oil tank, servo oil pump, control valve group, sensor, servo controller, control software, computer and other components, with high control precision and good reliability;
- Servo oil pump: Composed of servo motor and high-pressure oil pump, featuring fast response speed, wide speed adjustment range and low noise;
- Space adjustment: Adopts hydraulic bidirectional cylinders on both sides for lifting and space adjustment. Compared with traditional trapezoidal screw drive, it has the advantage of fast adjustment speed, greatly improving detection efficiency;
- Shock absorption system: Equipped with a powerful shock absorption system, no need for foundation or fixation. It has the advantage of no vibration after sample breaking, avoiding re-construction in the laboratory;
- Testing precision: Main machine structural parts are processed by precision machining center, servo hydraulic control system distributes flow, and high-precision spoke-type sensor measures force, ensuring the overall 0.5-class testing precision of the machine, which is better than national standards;
- Simplicity: Adopts the structure of lower tension and upper compression, greatly facilitating tensile tests of metal materials;
- Noise: Uses brand ultra-quiet oil pump, controlled by servo motor, with almost no noise during operation, improving user experience;
- Sample clamping method: Adopts hydraulic fixture, easy to operate;
- Safety protection: Equipped with high-toughness protective nets in tension and compression spaces, ensuring safety without losing aesthetics;
- Equipment positioning: There are forklift slots at the bottom of the equipment, making positioning and later adjustment convenient. The upper beam can be lowered to a certain height, allowing the equipment to easily pass through a 2-meter height limit;
- Equipment maintenance: Open-type beam jaw seat for convenient maintenance operation. The bottom of the equipment is equipped with an oil drain port for easy later replacement of hydraulic oil. It comes standard with a high-power industrial vacuum cleaner, enabling cleaning immediately after the test.
