This testing machine is mainly used for tensile, compression, bending, shear and other tests on metal materials. It can be used for tensile, compression, bending, shear and flexural tests on other types of specimens when equipped with corresponding fixtures.

Product Features:
Overall Structure: The main unit, servo oil source, and measurement and control computer are integrated into a single design. Small footprint;
Measurement and control system: Consists of a fuel tank, servo oil pump, control valve assembly, sensors, servo controller, control software, and a computer, ensuring high control accuracy and reliability;
Shock Isolation System: The equipment is equipped with a powerful shock-absorbing system, requiring no foundation or mounting. This eliminates vibration after the specimen is broken, eliminating the need for laboratory reconstruction.
Test Accuracy: The mainframe's structural components are machined using a precision machining center. A servo-hydraulic control system distributes flow, and a high-precision spoke-type sensor measures force, ensuring a Class 0.5 test accuracy for the entire machine, exceeding national standards.
Specimen Clamping: Hydraulic clamping for easy operation;
Safety Protection: High-toughness protective netting is installed in the tension and compression spaces, ensuring both safety and aesthetics.
Equipment Positioning: A forklift compartment is provided at the bottom of the equipment, facilitating positioning and subsequent adjustments. The upper crossbeam can be lowered, allowing the equipment to easily pass through the 2-meter height limit.
Equipment Maintenance: The open crossbeam jaws provide easy maintenance. An oil drain port is located at the bottom of the equipment, allowing for easy replacement of hydraulic oil. A high-powered industrial-grade vacuum cleaner is included as standard, allowing for cleaning after testing.
