WDW-50 Microcomputer-Controlled Electronic Universal Testing Machine

High-strength optical axes fix the upper crossbeam and workbench to form a high-rigidity gantry-type main machine frame;

Transmission structure consisting of servo motor + reducer + synchronous belt + pulley + precision gapless ball screw to realize the up and down movement of the crossbeam, and the test process is implemented through measurement and control software;

High-precision spoke-type/S-type force sensor with a force measurement accuracy of Grade 0.5;

A variety of complete test fixtures, connected by bolts + simple nut locking, enabling easy operation;

Equipped with extensometer, displacement meter, and large deformation measuring instrument to accurately measure material deformation data;

Powerful full-digital closed-loop, multi-channel measurement and control system with built-in various testing method standards, enabling automatic control of the test process. Data can be saved and exported, and the system can be connected to multiple networked companies;

The bottom of the main machine is designed with stainless steel adjustable leveling feet, facilitating equipment positioning and later adjustment;
