System Overview

The WLAW-Series Microcomputer-Controlled Electro-Hydraulic Servo Horizontal Tensile Testing Machine is a structural test device specially developed for scientific research institutions, testing units and universities. It is mainly used for static load performance testing of steel wire ropes, slings, cables, shafts, etc.

This machine is mainly applicable to the static load performance testing of steel wire ropes, including testing the maximum breaking force of steel wire ropes and the elongation rate of cables.

The testing machine consists of a loading frame-type main machine, a horizontal loading servo cylinder, an electro-hydraulic servo oil source system, a closed-loop control electro-hydraulic servo controller and software.

The equipment is designed with a cylinder stretching structure. The front end of the cylinder is connected to a load sensor, which pulls the front moving beam to realize sample stretching.
