The YAWD series microcomputer-controlled electro-hydraulic servo compression testing machine is a force closed-loop controlled electro-hydraulic servo compression tester, featuring constant stress control and load holding functions. The uniquea dual-pump technology enables faster and more efficient testing, suitable for long-term continuous operation. This series of testing machines is designed for compressive strength testing of cement, concrete, and rock. With appropriate fixtures and measuring devices, it can also meet the requirements for concrete splitting tests, flexural tests, and static elastic modulus tests.

General Functions:

The machine adopts an integral casting structure with super high rigidity, ensuring stable performance. It is widely used in engineering quality inspection, scientific research institutes, universities and colleges, and the metallurgical industry.

• Low-pressure bidirectional oil cylinder, guaranteeing durability and stability under various working conditions;

• 17-inch touch industrial computer with a unique SmartTest operating interface for a smooth user experience;

• Cabinet type: Horizontal or vertical, optional according to customer requirements;

• Hydraulic system equipped with a servo motor and radial piston pump, offering ultra-low noise, low oil temperature rise, high efficiency, and stability; the test process is quiet, providing a peaceful laboratory environment. Powered by 220V household electricity, it is energy-saving and environmentally friendly;

• Equipped with an additional high-displacement auxiliary gear pump to significantly improve work efficiency.
