Product Introduction
The electronic torsion testing machine is composed of a loading system, transmission system, data acquisition, processing, control, and display system. It is suitable for testing the mechanical properties of various torsional elastic components, structural parts, bolts, etc. The machine adopts a horizontal structure, an embedded high-performance single-chipMCU controller, liquid crystal display, and a fully Chinese operation and display interface, which makes the displayed information intuitive and easy to read. It features multi-button operation with a Chinese display interface, simplifying your operation. You can complete system parameter settings by following the sequence of the habitual prompt interface. It uses an AC servo motor and precision reducer for transmission, with the characteristics of uniform and stable loading, no impact, and accurate data acquisition and control.
The whole machine utilizes a fully digitalZCTestsmart data acquisition and processing system and a liquid crystal display system, which can perform multi-point testing on the torsion angle of the specimen.
