Product Function: The microcomputer-controlled static load anchorage testing machine is mainly used for testing the mechanical properties of prestressed tendon/steel strand anchorages and clamps. It can also be produced as a model that tests connectors. It is a specialized piece of equipment for factory inspection and type testing of prestressed anchorage manufacturers, for the acceptance of anchorages upon arrival at large-scale engineering projects, and for the testing of prestressed anchorage assemblies by product quality supervision departments.

Product Features: This horizontal static load anchorage machine consists of three parts: the main unit, the control cabinet (including the oil source and pump station), and the microcomputer control system.

Main Unit: Composed of load sensors, frame, hanger, lifting beam, surrounding plates, jacks, pads, anchor plates, etc. Different anchor plates and anchorages are used depending on the number of anchors being tested.

Control Cabinet: Composed of a control panel, motor pump, shut-off valve, solenoid directional valve, electro-hydraulic servo digital valve, piping, oil tank, etc., it mainly controls the start, retraction, stop, pressure, and speed of the hydraulic cylinder (jack) and piston.

Microcomputer-Controlled Electro-hydraulic Measurement and Control System: Composed of a wide-range speed-adjustable digital servo valve and microcomputer measurement and control technology, this system forms a fully automatic closed-loop speed control system capable of precisely controlling and measuring the entire experimental process. The complete machine consists of a horizontal main unit, a high-pressure servo hydraulic power source, a front-mounted jack, a portable high-pressure oil source, and a microcomputer measurement and control system.
