To comply with GB/T1345—2004 Test Method for Fineness of Cement - Sieve Analysis Method, which specifies the implementation of sieve analysis test methods for 45μm and 80μm square-hole sieves for cement fineness, our factory has jointly developed the "FSY-150E Environmental-Friendly Cement Fineness Negative Sieve Analyzer" with the Cement and New Materials Research Institute of China Building Materials Academy. This development aims to reduce the impact of human factors in the test process and improve test accuracy.

Overview

The product is supervised and inspected by the Cement and New Materials Research Institute of China Building Materials Academy. It features advanced structure, long service life, strong environmental performance, fast sieving speed, high accuracy, good reproducibility, and wide applicability, reaching an international leading level. It is currently the only special instrument in China that can meet the requirements of the new standard sieve analysis method in GB/T1345 Test Method for Fineness of Cement.

The FSY-150E Environmental-Friendly Cement Fineness Negative Sieve Analyzer is widely used in cement fineness testing and cement production control. It can also be used for powder fineness testing in other industries. It is a necessary instrument for cement quality supervision stations, cement plants, fly ash enterprises and other relevant units across the country.
