Product Features：

The outer shell of this series of resistance furnaces is welded from high-quality cold-rolled steel plates, and the furnace door adopts a side-opening structure, allowing for flexible opening. The internal insulation material is lightweight insulation bricks and aluminum silicate fiber wool, which reduces heat storage and thermal conductivity. This results in a high heat storage chamber, a fast heat-up time, a low furnace surface temperature, and significantly reduced power loss and electricity consumption. The integrated box-type furnace features a closed chamber. The heating wire is a spiral-shaped iron-alloy aluminum heating element, wound around the chamber walls. This ensures uniform heating temperature and extends the furnace's service life.
