Product Introduction:

The electronic torsion testing machine is composed of a loading system, a transmission system, a data acquisition, processing, control and display system, etc. It is suitable for testing the mechanical properties of various torsion elastic components, structural parts, bolts, etc. The machine adopts a horizontal structure, an embedded high-performance single-chip MCU controller, a liquid crystal display, a fully Chinese operation and display interface, which makes the displayed information intuitive and easy to read. With multi-key operation and a Chinese display interface, your operation becomes simpler. You can complete system parameter settings by following the sequence of the habitual prompt interface. It uses an AC servo motor and a precision reducer for transmission, featuring uniform and stable loading, no impact, and accurate data acquisition and control.

The whole machine utilizes a full-digital ZCTestsmart data acquisition and processing system and a liquid crystal display system, which can perform multi-point testing on the torsion angle of the specimen.

Description of Overall Structure and Control System:

【Main Machine】Adopts a horizontal structure, and the main structure is made of integrally thickened steel plates to ensure the rigidity of the whole machine; the fixtures are made of high-quality carbon steel 45 through quenching (HR55～65), with long service life; the installation and disassembly of specimens are convenient and fast.

【Drive System】Driven by a full-digital ZCTestmart control system; the speed can be adjusted, and the loading is uniform and stable.

【Transmission System】Uses a precision reducer for transmission to ensure uniform, stable transmission and transmission accuracy.

【Measurement and Display System】The machine adopts a large-screen liquid crystal display system to synchronously display the torque T, torsion angle θ, and test speed of the specimen. The system can set the torsion angle θ to detect the torque of the test piece, and can also set the torque to detect the torsion angle of the test piece.

【Safety Protection System】Overload protection, overcurrent protection, etc.

Quality Assurance:

The equipment is regarded as formally delivered after it is formally accepted by the ordering party. The three guarantees period of the equipment is one year from the date of formal delivery. During the three guarantees period, the supplier provides timely and free maintenance services for various faults of the equipment. For various parts damaged not by human factors, they will be replaced in time and free of charge. If the equipment fails during use after the warranty period, the supplier will promptly go to the ordering party to provide services and actively assist the ordering party in maintenance.
