Product Purpose:
It is used for mechanical property tests such as tensile adhesion, fixed elongation adhesion, and peel adhesion of various sealing materials, as well as transverse tensile, longitudinal shear, and torsion tests of aluminum alloy thermal insulation profiles. Equipped with a high and low temperature test chamber, the equipment can complete tests at an ambient temperature of -40℃~150℃.

Product Features:
High-strength optical axis fixed upper crossbeam and workbench form a high-rigidity gantry frame main machine;
The transmission structure of servo motor + reducer + synchronous belt + pulley + precision gapless ball screw realizes the up and down movement of the crossbeam, and the test process is realized through measurement and control software;
High-precision spoke-type/S-type load cell with a force measurement accuracy of grade 0.5;
A variety of complete test fixtures with pin connection and simple nut locking for easy operation;
Equipped with extensometer, displacement meter and large deformation measuring instrument to accurately measure material deformation data;
Powerful full-digital closed-loop, multi-channel measurement and control system with built-in various test method standards, automatic control of the test process, data can be saved and exported, and can be networked with multiple networking companies;
Stainless steel adjustable leveling feet are designed at the bottom of the main machine to facilitate equipment positioning and later adjustment;
Modular electrical control box for easy troubleshooting;
Test force overload protection, safety limit protection, overcurrent and overvoltage protection, indicator light running status prompt, voice running prompt, and emergency stop switch designed;
