Product Functions:

Suitable for cutting materials such as automotive interiors, sofas, carpets and mats, advertising prints, fabrics, composite materials, paper and cardboard. The machine is operated via a 7-inch touch screen and supports importing cutting patterns.

Product Features:

Cuts flexible materials through high-frequency vibration of the oscillating blade (or other blades).

No dust, smoke or odor is generated during cutting. The cutting surface is smooth and free of burrs.

The machine consists of three main parts: mechanical system, electrical system and control system.

The mechanical part includes the machine body, gantry, guide rails, gear racks, sheet metal and vacuum adsorption table.

The electrical part includes servo motors and drivers, earth leakage circuit breakers, AC contactors, switching power supplies, filters, etc.

The system supports major languages including Chinese, English, Russian and Italian. It supports file formats such as PLT, DXF, SVG, PDF and AI. Cutting data from a PC can be sent to the machine control system via Ethernet, U-disk or USB port to realize automatic cutting.

Standard Oscillating Knife: Suitable for non-breathable flexible materials within 18mm thickness, such as car mats, seat covers, leather, PU, PVC film, PVC foam board, KT board, EVA anti-slip mats, corrugated paper, cardboard, carbon fiber, carbon felt, polyester fiber board, insulating paper, etc.

High-Power Vibrating Cutter: This cutting head delivers greater power than conventional vibrating cutters, making it suitable for materials that pose challenges for standard vibrating cutters, such as: asbestos gaskets, graphite gaskets, and hard fiberboard; rubber and PVC sheets exceeding 10mm in thickness; EVA and cork exceeding 15mm in thickness.

Circular Cutter: An electric motor drives a circular blade to rotate at high speed, cutting materials with clean edges free of fraying or burrs. Ideal for cutting fabrics, textiles, various woven materials, synthetic fur, artificial turf, padding, fiberglass cloth, floor mats, carpets, and more.

Creasing Roller: Primarily used in the packaging industry, the creasing roller applies pressure to materials to create creases, facilitating folding. By replacing the roller with one of appropriate depth and width (typically equipped with three different specifications), a perfect creasing effect is achieved.

V-groove cutter: Also known as a bevel cutter, this tool is primarily used for slotting operations on materials such as corrugated cardboard, honeycomb paper, hollow boards, polyester fiber boards, rubber, and EVA.

Pneumatic Cutter (Requires High-Power Air Supply): This cutting head is suitable for cutting thicker or exceptionally soft foam materials, such as pearl cotton, insulation cotton, sponge, rubber-plastic cotton, rock wool, EVA, honeycomb panels, multi-layer fabrics, and multi-layer leather.

Half-cutter: Suitable for cutting materials such as self-adhesive labels, car decals, phone screen protectors, and protective films.

Drag Knife: A drag knife is a non-powered cutting head, essentially a vibration blade without a drive motor. It finds its most common applications in the advertising and table mat industries, capable of cutting photo paper, warning stickers, PVC sheets up to 1 cm thick, and soft glass table mats.

Dotted-line knife: A dotted-line knife creates regular dotted lines on certain material surfaces through Z-axis pressure. Primarily used on packaging materials, it facilitates tearing or folding during use.

Usage Instructions:

Site Requirements:

The installation site must be as level as possible, with a maximum unevenness of 10mm between the highest and lowest points within the machine tool installation area. The machine tool must be positioned on a single, continuous, level surface. Newly constructed surfaces must be completely dry, and concrete foundations must exceed 20cm in thickness.

Foundation Vibration: Amplitude must be less than 50μm, with vibration acceleration below 0.05g. Avoid proximity to machinery such as presses. If presses are present, install an anti-vibration trench with dimensions no less than 50cm wide and 100cm deep, filled with energy-absorbing material (e.g., cinder, lime, sand, crushed stone).

Equipment Power and Gas Requirements: Power Grid Fluctuations: Supply voltage must be 220V ±3%, with grid grounding compliant with international standards. In areas with voltage fluctuations exceeding 220V ±5%, install automatic voltage and current stabilizing devices. When using a voltage stabilizer, ensure the machine tool load reserves at least 50% capacity.

Prepare separate grounding protection on-site. If unclear or unavailable, select two 2m steel bars or angle irons spaced 2 meters apart, driven at least 1.5m deep into the ground for grounding protection. Sharing grounding lines with other equipment is strictly prohibited.

Equipment with pneumatic cutting heads requires continuous air supply pressure above 0.6Mpa. Use a screw air compressor with a 1-cubic-meter or larger air receiver tank.

Operator Requirements:

Trainees must possess basic computer operation skills. Operators must undergo training before using the equipment.
